Sarnia, ON – If not for the generous contribution from John & Margaret McKay, the YMCA Sarnia-Lambton McKay Training Centre would not have been possible.  The YMCA of Sarnia-Lambton will be recognizing the family donation at a dedication ceremony being held Friday, November 16, 2:00pm at Sarnia YMCA, 1015 Finch Dr.

The Circuit Training Centre, operating since May 2006, contains state-of-the-art resistance and cardio equipment that provides members a very efficient way to simultaneously improve ones’ mobility, strength and stamina in a short period of time.  Our members have experienced great success in achieving their goals through this total body workout.  Three members will be giving their testimonials on achieving their goals at the centre.

Testimonials
The facility is excellent. It has become our second home. The child minding is a valuable resource for my children and ourselves. It allows my wife and I to participate in the wellness centre and do our workouts.
